I am working on an online news feature about people struggling to feed or care for their pets during the cost-of-living crisis. This site is to help bring awareness to the issue, as well as to post blog updates and interview teasers.

The RSPCA Kindness Report for 2024 found that 78% of pet owners have found it more expensive to look after their pet in the last year. The data also showed that one in 5 owners are worried about feeding their animals. I wanted to investigate this issue and see what communities are doing to help.
