I have to consider many ethical and legal issues that might arise in the duration of my project.

Informed Consent: for every interview I have to get them to sign a consent form. I also have to get consent to photograph/film them. Some people didn't want this, so I respected their wishes.

Privacy: for filming in private areas, I have to get permission from the relevant authority.

Sensitive subject matter: this topic is emotionally taxing and so I will be sensitive to interviewee's who are upset by the issue. As well as making sure anything said off the record is kept that way.
