EXCLUSIVE: Interview with Brigitte Barton (CEO of ISAP)

Brigitte Barton - CEO of the International Society for Animal Professionals - sits across from me on the screen, in her lounge, stroking her dog Milo from time to time. We discuss the cost-of-living-crisis and the impact it's having on pet owners, in particular feeding them. She tells me when she was in a time of financial hardship she went to her "Plan B", giving her dogs the scraps of her meal. Although she mentions this plan may be tough for some owners as they may only be able to afford ready meals, which have harmful ingredients for pets.
